A personal reflection on joining the Development Committee at Easterseals SEPA and supporting its mission through community and fundraising.

Premiums can be tricky in fundraising. When they’re thoughtful and genuinely useful, they strengthen the connection with supporters. When they miss the mark, they can unintentionally distract from the mission.
