Oversee the team ensuring that MSF's $500M fundraising machine stays well oiled and primed for optimal performance. Lead the gift processing unit in project management, business analysis and policy/procedure implementation. Develop strategic goals and annual plans for the unit in accordance with greater department goals. Created and implemented ETL solution for large Donor Advised Fund data streams into CRM. Performed budgetary and policy research on nuclear weapons treaty compliance. Conducted research on United Nations policies and procedures dealing with international security, non proliferation, and current proposals to strengthen nuclear disarmament. Drafted reports on UN meetings about stockpile security.
